The integration ecosystem is unmatched
Hundreds of prebuilt integrations and a partner network we cannot match. If your stack has an unusual corner, DocuSign has probably already been connected to it.
Accordsign vs DocuSign
DocuSign is the category leader and it earned that position. This page is an honest account of where Accordsign fits better, where DocuSign still wins, and how to work out which is cheaper for the way your team actually signs.
The short answer
Choose DocuSign if you need the largest integration ecosystem or your procurement process already runs on it. Choose Accordsign if you send irregularly, have more occasional senders than heavy ones, or need Aadhaar eSign switched on rather than built.
How the billing differs
Per-user subscription, with an envelope allowance attached to each seat. Their published plan documentation describes allowances in the order of a hundred envelopes per user per year on annual plans, or ten per user per month on monthly plans, with overage charges beyond that. Higher tiers lift the limit on sends made through the web app while still metering automation sends, which includes bulk sending and API traffic.
That means two separate bills to think about: how many people can send, and how much they are allowed to send. A colleague who sends three contracts a year still needs a seat, and a busy month can run into the allowance.
Pay per document. Individuals buy document packs with no subscription at all; teams take a Business plan with a document allowance. Adding signers to a document never multiplies its cost. Aadhaar eSign credits are billed separately, per signature.
We deliberately publish no prices for DocuSign here — they change, and a stale number helps nobody. Their current pricing is on their own pricing page. Model details above checked August 2026. Ours are all on our pricing page.
| Capability | Accordsign | DocuSign |
|---|---|---|
| Billing basis | Per document sent | Per user seat, per month or year |
| Subscription required | No — buy document packs as needed | Yes |
| Send limits | Documents in your pack or plan | Envelope allowance per seat, overages beyond |
| Occasional senders | Cost nothing extra until they send | Need a paid seat |
| Aadhaar eSign (India) | Native, on every plan | Via an eMudhra integration you build |
| Salesforce | Native managed package | Mature, widely deployed app |
| Published pricing | Every price on the pricing page | Published, with enterprise tiers via sales |
| Bulk Send | Up to 500 recipients, Business plans | Available; counts against automation sends |

The honest column
If one of these is your situation, take it seriously. We would rather lose the deal than have you discover this in month three.
Hundreds of prebuilt integrations and a partner network we cannot match. If your stack has an unusual corner, DocuSign has probably already been connected to it.
In large organisations, "we use DocuSign" ends a conversation that "we use Accordsign" would start. That is a real cost and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
Advanced agreement workflows, deep compliance tooling, and global infrastructure built for very large deployments. If that is your requirement, take it seriously.
Where we fit better
No seat to buy for the person who sends four contracts a year. Occasional senders cost nothing until they send something.
Aadhaar signing is available on every Accordsign plan, performed through a CCA-licensed provider under Section 3A of the IT Act. No integration project, no support case.
Including what Aadhaar credits cost. You can work out your annual spend without booking a call.
Work it out yourself
Count the people who need to send documents, and the documents you actually send in a month. A seat model bills the first number every month regardless of the second. Per-document billing bills the second. Whichever is smaller for you is the cheaper platform — and if it is not us, we would rather you worked that out now than after a year of invoices.
