Per-document pricing

Pay per document, not per signatory — one agreement with four signers is one document, so adding signers never multiplies the cost. Aadhaar eSign credits are billed separately, per signature.

One exception, stated plainly: a Bulk Send creates a separate copy for every recipient, so it uses one document from your allowance per recipient rather than one for the whole send.

Credits stack onto any plan, and the cryptographic signing itself is performed by a CCA-licensed eSign Service Provider under Section 3A of the IT Act 2000 — Accordsign is OVSE-approved under UIDAI's framework, not the certifying authority.

Pricing questions, answered.

What counts as one document?
One document you send for signature, counted once when you send it — regardless of how many people sign it. A four-party agreement is one document, not four. Two exceptions worth knowing: a Bulk Send creates an individual copy for each recipient, so it uses one document per recipient; and Aadhaar eSign credits are metered separately, per signature.
What happens when I reach my plan limit?
You get a clear message and the choice to upgrade. Envelopes stay drafted but will not send until your next billing cycle begins or you move to a higher tier. There are no surprise overage charges — we never bill you past your plan for sending more. Existing audit trails and signed PDFs stay accessible throughout, and we email account owners when usage crosses 80% so nothing arrives as a shock.
Do signers need an Accordsign account?
No. Recipients open a secure link, review the document and sign — no account, no software, no app install. That applies to every plan, including the free trial.
How do billing, renewal and cancellation work?
Monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel a Business plan at any time from your account dashboard; cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current period, and all payments are non-refundable. Credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase and unused credits are forfeited at the end of that period. The full terms are on our refund policy and terms pages.
What is the difference between shared templates and the free template library?
Shared templates are a feature inside Accordsign: you save one of your own documents with its signer roles and reuse it, and a Business plan lets the whole team send the same approved version. The free template library is public sample paperwork — NDAs, offer letters, service agreements — that anyone can read and download without an account. Our FAQ page sets the two out side by side.
What are Aadhaar eSign credits?
Aadhaar eSign lets an Indian signer authenticate with their Aadhaar OTP, producing a signature that is legally valid under Section 3A of the IT Act 2000. Credits are bought separately from your document allowance and are metered per authentication. The cryptographic signing is performed by a CCA-licensed eSign Service Provider — Accordsign is OVSE-approved under UIDAI's framework, not the certifying authority itself.
