Accordsign vs Zoho Sign

Looking for a Zoho Sign alternative?

Zoho Sign is a capable product and, like us, it supports Aadhaar eSign. So the differences are narrower here than most comparison pages would admit. This is where they genuinely lie.

The short answer

If your company runs on Zoho, use Zoho Sign — signing should live where your work lives, which is exactly the argument we make about Salesforce. Choose Accordsign if you are on Salesforce, want per-document billing instead of seats, or are not in the Zoho ecosystem at all.

How the billing differs

They bill for people. We bill for documents.

Zoho Sign

Per-user subscription. Upper tiers allow unlimited documents sent through the web and mobile apps, while a credits system meters certain advanced capabilities and integrations. The free tier is limited to a handful of documents a month.

Unlimited sending per seat is genuinely good if your senders are few and busy. It is poor value if you have a dozen people who each send occasionally, because every one of them needs a paid seat.

Accordsign

Pay per document. Individuals buy document packs with no subscription at all; teams take a Business plan with a document allowance. Adding signers to a document never multiplies its cost. Aadhaar eSign credits are billed separately, per signature.

We deliberately publish no prices for Zoho Sign here — they change, and a stale number helps nobody. Their current pricing is on their own pricing page. Model details above checked August 2026. Ours are all on our pricing page.

The honest column

Where Zoho Sign is the better choice.

If one of these is your situation, take it seriously. We would rather lose the deal than have you discover this in month three.

If you already run on Zoho, it is the obvious choice

Signing that lives inside CRM, Books, People and Desk without a connector is worth more than any pricing argument we could make. This is the same reasoning we use for Salesforce, and it applies just as honestly here.

Unlimited sending suits concentrated volume

If two or three people do all the sending and they do a lot of it, a seat with unlimited sends can beat per-document billing outright.

A very large product suite behind it

Zoho ships an enormous catalogue of business software. If you want one vendor for many things, that is a real advantage.

Where we fit better

Where Accordsign is the better choice.

Native to Salesforce, not connected to it

Our managed package puts envelope and recipient status in your own org as Salesforce objects you can report on and trigger Flows from — not a synced copy from an outside platform.

No seat for the occasional sender

Spread-out sending across many people is the case seats handle worst and per-document billing handles best.

A smaller surface to learn

Accordsign does signing. There is no suite to adopt and nothing else to configure before you can send a contract.

Work it out yourself

Two numbers decide this.

Count the people who need to send documents, and the documents you actually send in a month. A seat model bills the first number every month regardless of the second. Per-document billing bills the second. Whichever is smaller for you is the cheaper platform — and if it is not us, we would rather you worked that out now than after a year of invoices.

Common questions.

Does Zoho Sign support Aadhaar eSign?
Yes. Zoho Sign supports Aadhaar eSign through eMudhra, a licensed certifying authority. On this specific capability the two products are comparable, and we are not going to claim a difference that does not exist. The differences that do matter are the billing model and the Salesforce integration.
We use Zoho CRM. Should we switch?
Probably not. If your work already lives in Zoho, keeping signing inside it is worth more than the billing difference for most teams. We would rather tell you that than sell you a migration you regret.
What if we use both Salesforce and Zoho?
Then the question is where the contracts actually originate. If they come out of Salesforce records, our managed package will fit your workflow better. If they come out of Zoho, theirs will.
