Compare
How we compare, including where we lose.
Most comparison pages are written to win. These are written to be right. Each one states how the other platform bills, links their own pricing page rather than quoting numbers that go stale, and says plainly where they are the better choice.

Accordsign vs
DocuSign
Choose DocuSign if you need the largest integration ecosystem or your procurement process already runs on it. Choose Accordsign if you send irregularly, have more occasional senders than heavy ones, or need Aadhaar eSign switched on rather than built.

Accordsign vs
Zoho Sign
If your company runs on Zoho, use Zoho Sign — signing should live where your work lives, which is exactly the argument we make about Salesforce. Choose Accordsign if you are on Salesforce, want per-document billing instead of seats, or are not in the Zoho ecosystem at all.

Accordsign vs
Dropbox Sign
Choose Dropbox Sign if a few people send high volume and you live in Dropbox already. Choose Accordsign if you need Aadhaar eSign, want to send from inside Salesforce, or would rather buy documents than seats.

The short version
Every one of these comes down to two numbers.
Count the people who need to send documents, and the documents you actually send in a month. A seat model bills the first number every month regardless of the second. Per-document billing bills the second. Whichever is smaller for you is the cheaper platform — and if it is not us, we would rather you worked that out now than after a year of invoices.
Our prices are published in full on the pricing page, including what Aadhaar eSign credits cost. We do not publish anyone else's — those change, and a stale figure helps nobody. Each comparison links to the vendor's own pricing page instead.
